A Few words from our Branch Manager at our Pretoria Branch!

The year 1977. A significant year with many historical events around the world. Elvis Presley dies at the age of 42, the first Apple II computers go on sale, New York City Blackout lasts for 25 hours, and Star Wars opens in cinemas for the first time, to mention a few. It was in January, the same year that two boys, Theo Boshoff and Frans van Staden, met for the first time. They both started their school journeys as grade 1 learners at Laerskool Voorbrand in the Southern suburbs of Johannesburg. They became friends and went on to matriculate, 12 years later, at Hoërskool Die Fakkel.

Life took its course, and both young men went to study at different institutions, started their own businesses, living their lives to the fullest and making a success of everything they encountered.

Thirty-three years later, on the 19^th of July 2021, our paths crossed again, when I went to see Frans with a suggestion to start up a Lifestyle Property Branch in Pretoria. Frans agreed, and since August 2021 I started operating in the Northern suburbs of Pretoria, establishing the Lifestyle Brand. After almost 12 months of hard work, lots of planning and strategical sessions we are excited to announce that our first Lifestyle Property office will soon be opening in Sinoville Pretoria.

For me it's a dream come true. Opening an office is like planting a tree for the first time. A tree is planted to grow, to bear fruit and to later provide shade to one's offspring. For a tree to be all that, you have to give it a lot of water and take care of it every day. This will certainly be my approach with Lifestyle Pretoria. By watering and caring for the Lifestyle Pretoria tree every day, I will ensure that it grow quickly into one enormous tree and will sprout many new branches in the future.

It is my vision to grow Lifestyle Pretoria into one of the largest real estate agencies in Pretoria. Only the best will be good enough for our clients, and with hard work, integrity and honesty we will be able to achieve this.

Exciting times lie ahead for us, and together with a friend, experienced principal and MD like Frans, I know that our tree will grow.

Whatever challenges lie ahead, I know that we will achieve great success, because in our foundation lies our strength....... IN GOD WE TRUST!
