What do I enjoy about Real Estate ?
"I enjoy new challenges which come with it and most importantly, I have the opportunity to listen and speak with different clients on a daily basis, from different walks of life, with the same goal, either selling or buying a property. It affords me time to move around from one property to another carrying a big smile as if I am seeing the property for the first time".
What made me a Performer Agent ?
"Consistency, Consistency!!! Doing the same things over and over again with enthusiasm, as if I am facing a different challenge every day, yet, the same. Canvassing for clients, doing valuations, attending open houses, area awareness, show days, putting up my Lifestyle advertising boards etc ..."
Together, these small efforts amount to Mandates and Sales.
