Ah, coffee fuels both early morning and late-night viewings and contracts, not only keep us awake but also infuses our interactions with an extra shot of cheerfulness.

Now, let's address the energy crisis. No, not the global one - the personal one. This job requires energy like a smartphone requires fast charging and with this endless fuel of positiveness and energy we celebrate not only the commission, but the triumphant moment when puzzle pieces fall perfectly into place.

Mistakes, oh we've made a few. But here's the trick-turning "oops" into "oops-a-daisy". Roof leaks: Well, it's just the house giving you a free shower! Broken window? Hello, we built in a fresh air ventilation. Avocado-green bathroom could double as a time machine. Embrace the mishaps, add a sprinkle of creativity and you've got a recipe for turning frowns upside down.

Who needs a map when you've got a mental atlas and a sixth sense for finding that hidden gem of a property. We think our cars have seen more roads than delivery drivers.
